Basic Pricing: • $105.00 per page for all basic html non-interactive pages (first 10 pages) pages. Sites over 11 pages: per page rate is $85.00 per page. All Non non-profit sites (documentation of non-profit status is required) pages will be discounted at 25%. • $120.00 per page for World Press sites. • $150 - 200.00 per page for Interactive pages such php, sound, animated actions or scripting. • Forms are per quote (usually $150.00 to $175.00 per page). • Cushy interface $50 set up fee. • $27.50 per used photographs (when local). Out of area trip charge and current mileage apply. • $55.50 per photo royalty free stock photos. • $360.00 and up for Annual service agreements on standard html sites, this includes 12 text and photo updates, general error issues, site problems and updating to meta tiles. Smaller & larger packages available. It does NOT include new pages, new pages are billed at 25 % discount. • Annual PHP sites are per quote. • $50.00 Hourly rate for updates without annual agreement. • $80.00 Hosting (annual fee). • $17.00 domain names (annual fee for standard domains).
Annual Contract sites receive first priority & new pages are at a discounted 25%. What is included: • Design development in current web standards & cascading style sheets. • Meta titles. • Link and button designs. • Photo enhancement for web imaging. • Heads Tags and keywords. • Goggle analysis. • Site map. • Robotic text, if necessary . • Four scans per page. • DVD disk of your full site, photos and graphics - after payment in full. What is NOT included: • 404 redirects from prior internet web sites or page changes. • Logo development, or reworks. • New Graphics. • New Illustrations. • New Photography. These are available at an hourly rate as an additional charge.
What do you need to get started? • A clear, large logo. Logo development is available per quote. • Photos or videos. • Your current information, company name, location, hours, services, contact information (phone and email). • Text about the company, products, services, methods. • Any information you would like you potential customer to know before they call. • $250.00 design fee for all new website development. This is deducted from the final bill. (Non refundable)
Billing Policies: • Sites started and left on hold for more than 2 weeks will be billed for work completed. • Registered non-profit foundations are discounted at 25% (except for hosting and domains). • Payment is due 14 days after the site has been posted to the web, changes or revisions are allowed for 30 days at no charge. • Sites not paid within 30 days will be taken down until payment in full plus 25.00 new set up fee. • Annual hosting is due when billed.
Effective 2014: Increase in fees for web services minimul annual contract is $300 per year for updates details to be added later (Notice posted March 2013 to allow existing clients time to price other designers)
